Policies

A few guidelines. Let’s take good care of each other.

1:1 Sessions: Payment, Late Arrival, Rescheduling, & Cancellations

When a session is booked, that time is held, energetically and on the calendar. Hyun begins preparing for you the moment it is reserved. Life happens but let’s do our best to show up for ourselves and each other.

This means:

  • All sessions are paid in full at time of reservation.

  • Please let Hyun know if you are running late. She will try to honor the time scheduled, when possible. Without communication, it may be considered a no-show.

  • Rescheduling is available on a case-by-case basis with at least 48 hours notice. Communication is what makes flexibility possible.

Private Bookings: Payment, Changes to Events, Rescheduling, & Cancellations

A private booking is a commitment of time and care on Hyun's side, and a meaningful investment on yours.

Please review:

  • A 50% deposit is paid to reserve the time and begin the planning. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event. All reservations made less than two weeks prior to the event will be paid in full.

  • Headcount, location, and offerings shape pricing and preparation. Final details should be confirmed two weeks prior.

  • Rescheduling is possible when life throws us for a loop and communication is timely. This is available on a case-by-case basis.

In Person Events

Tickets for in-person events are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the event. If Hyun must cancel the event, all ticket holders will be refunded in full or offered credit toward a future event

If Hyun Cancels

In the rare event that Hyun must cancel due to illness or emergency, your session or booking will be rescheduled or refunded depending on the situation and the client’s preference.

Inclement Weather

In the case of inclement weather, 1:1 sessions will move to a virtual setting when possible, or rescheduled. Private bookings will refer to inclement weather plan or reschedule to a mutually agreeable date.

Your Well Being

These offerings are supportive practices, not medical or mental health treatment. You know your body and your limits better than anyone — please honor what feels right for you, and continue working with your mental health and healthcare providers as needed.
