Meet Hyun, a healing arts guide based in Raleigh. She works with people across the Triangle and virtually worldwide.
Hyun works with people who have done the outer work. They built the career, the relationships, the life that makes sense on paper, and arrived to find themselves quietly disconnected from it. They aren't broken. They're capable, thoughtful, often the ones holding everyone else together. What they're missing isn't a fix. It's themselves.
Her work helps you come home to who you actually are, so you can stop maintaining a life and start living one.
She came to this work the way most guides do — by needing it herself first.
Approach
There is a version of your life waiting on the other side of the performing, the proving, and the holding it all together. Not a different life. The same one — lived from somewhere truer.
The work Hyun does is energy work. Energy translates mentally, emotionally, and physically, shaping how you move through your days without your conscious permission. Together, she helps you understand your own energy and bring awareness to how it shows up in your life. Some sessions move something. Others let something settle. Both matter.
The tools come from Kundalini Yoga & Meditation, Sound Vibration, Tea Ceremony, and Reiki. The work is grounded, practical, and sustainable, but still leaves room for magic.

Experience
Before healing arts, Hyun spent over a decade in hospitality and another decade in corporate sales and recruiting. She holds a B.A. in Drama from UC Irvine and studied advanced Spanish, living abroad in Argentina. Beyond her current work, she teaches through Y.O.G.A. for Youth and serves as Board Treasurer for NC WARN, a climate justice non-profit.
Certifications: KRI Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher Level I (Level II In Progress), Usui & Holy Fire Reiki Levels I-III
