Sound Ceremony can include: gong, crystal bowls, chimes, bells, drum, shakers, rain stick, ocean drum, vocal toning, and more

***Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Suggested items to bring with you:

• Water

• Journal + Pen

• Blanket

• Eye Mask

• Extra Cushioning if you have any physical needs
