How to Live in Overflow: A Three-Week Mini Series
This series is an invitation to come back to yourself — gently, at your own pace.
Everything we do is about learning to honor ourselves and where we are at physically, mentally & emotionally from moment to moment. This is how to restore respect to each part of us, and allow ourselves to exist more fully.
These practices are also about building something forward — a more resilient nervous system. When we breathe, move, and take in sound with intention, we are gently teaching the body how to move to and from our parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous system. Over time, this creates a kind of muscle memory. When challenging moments arise, your body has more capacity to find its way back to ground, or to pause a little longer before reacting. We are not only tending to parts that have been hurt in the past; we are actively building a steadier present and a more resilient future.
Each week, I'll guide you through a sequence of gentle, grounded practices designed to help you reconnect with your own inner capacity. We'll work with breath (conscious breathing techniques that help calm the nervous system), movement (slow, intentional physical movement — nothing strenuous or aerobic), and sound (tones, music, or vocal vibration used to help settle and open the body). You don't need any experience with any of these. I will explain and demonstrate everything as we go.
The three weeks build on one another, but each session also stands on its own — drop-ins are welcome any week.
Sessions typically run about 90 minutes with plenty of time after for questions and spending time with community. You will spend most of the time lying down or seated on a yoga mat or in a back jack. There is no performance, no competition, and no pressure to do anything that doesn't feel right for your body. You are always in control of your own experience and can pause, rest, or opt out of any practice at any time.
Week 1 · May 13 · Making Space
This is the week where we empty.
We begin by slowing down enough to notice — where in your body does it feel tight, braced, or overwhelmed? Where in your life does it feel like there's no room left?
Through breathwork, gentle movement, and guided awareness, we'll practice releasing what's been held — not by forcing it out, but by creating just enough space for the body to let go naturally. Think of this week as clearing the clutter so something new has somewhere to land.
Week 2 · May 20 · Setting Intentions
This is the week where we listen.
With a little more space inside, we can start to turn toward what we actually want — not what we think we should want, but what feels true and nourishing to us. We'll use breath and sound to help quiet the noise and access a clearer sense of direction. You'll be invited to set a personal intention for yourself — not a goal or a to-do, but a quality or a feeling you'd like to cultivate more of.
Week 3 · May 27 · Creating Overflow
This is the week where we fill up.
Overflow isn't excess — it's what happens when you're so resourced within yourself that you have something genuine to give, without depletion. This final session brings together everything from the previous weeks and focuses on building practices you can carry with you: ways to return to your own sense of capacity whenever you need it.
Pricing:
Early bird series: $65 through May 1st
Regular series: $70 through May 13th
Drop ins available and welcome: $25
